And yet, if we look just a little bit deeper, we will probably find that most organisations already have great ideas. They are just buried in a drawer in an envelope labelled ‘not urgent’. Or they sit idle in the mind of someone who doesn’t work in the right department and therefore isn’t called on for their ideas. Or maybe they are one of a thousand exciting ideas that a new start-up has, but they are overwhelmed with to-do’s and don’t know where to begin.

About Me.

I’m Tamara, and I’m the Creative Strategist. I have been working in digital marketing for over fifteen years for start-ups and small businesses as well as multinational blue-chip organisations like Reuters. In this time, I have developed marketing strategies for the likes of Facebook, Universal Pictures, Lionsgate, Penguin Random House, BP, Barclays, Canon and more.

I have watched businesses, big and small, navigate disruption and work diligently to redefine themselves by launching new products, developing new teams, merging, and acquiring, all with the aim of increasing revenue in a sustainable way and staying competitive in an unpredictable landscape.

I have grown passionate about helping brands uncover the great ideas that exist within their organisations, and to devise creative paths towards growth, sustainability, and profitability.
